We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Adoption Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adopted adults and birth families. As part of our adult adoption support service, you will work closely with individuals and families to provide holistic support and guidance.

In this role, you will have the chance to shift from crisis management to providing long-term support that addresses the root causes of challenges faced by families. Our organisation prioritises staff wellbeing, offering flexible working arrangements, supportive teams, supervision, and access to wellbeing programmes.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,311 - £35,800 per annum, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme, leave entitlements, eye care vouchers, and a cycle to work scheme. This is a part-time position, requiring 22.2 hours per week, which offers a great work-life balance.
