About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in and check out guests, using our Front Office operating system to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Make new bookings and amendments, ensuring that all guest details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and ability to use our Front Office operating system.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
