Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate our Front Office system, checking in and out guests, and managing room assignments and key cards.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process new bookings and amendments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
