Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team at RBH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless operations and high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
