We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Staff to join our team at Burnley FC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring suites are readily set up prior to guests arriving
- Order taking and serving food & beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Use of tablets where required to ensure food service is delivered accordingly
- Understanding the food options available to guests
- Proactively assisting guests with any requirements
- Liaising with management and Chef's regarding any guest requests
- Escalating any customer complaints to management
- Excellent customer service and punctuality
Requirements
- Experience is preferable but not essential
- Must be able to travel independently to venue
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Confidence when interacting with people
- Excellent teamwork & problem-solving skills
- Driven and dependable approach to work
- Upbeat and welcoming personality
