Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our After Sales team based in Hounslow, UK. This role requires travel and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our European transition to Zero Emissions transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat or in person.
- Effectively listen to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding our products or services.
- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently using company knowledge base and resources.
- Process customer feedback and document interactions for future reference.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
