Job Role: Customer Service Consultant



    As a Customer Service Consultant at HSBC, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, taking ownership of their individual needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.



    Key Responsibilities:




  • Customer Education: Play an integral part in educating customers around HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
  • Vulnerable Customers: Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations and determine the best way to support them.
  • Complex Needs: Help customers with more complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported in their choices.

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling you to engage in effective conversations, build strong connections, and show empathy to our customers.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalized, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Resilience: Be resilient to a continuous changing environment.
