We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to play a pivotal role in our European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and decarbonization of the economy.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the customer service function in supporting the delivery of our ambitious goals. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving any issues efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Effectively listen to customer concerns and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize company knowledge bases and resources to research and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Offer accurate and helpful information regarding our products or services.
  • Process customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Assist colleagues in their roles when required.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to keep customers informed on progress.
  • Create job cards for the workshop and engineers.
  • Complete daily and weekly spreadsheets.

About You:

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You have the ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.
  • You are an active listener with a genuine desire to help others.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • You can work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have experience with a CRM system.
  • You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • You have the right to work in the UK.
