Educational Leader for Special Needs

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Educational Leader for Special Needs to join our team in Enfield, North London.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves leading and managing the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive high-quality support and opportunities to thrive. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff to adapt the curriculum and provide targeted interventions.
- Lead and manage the SEN provision within the school, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with external agencies to support students' needs, driving exceptional outcomes
- Provide leadership and guidance to the SEN team, empowering them to deliver best-in-class support
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and SENCO qualification, demonstrating your expertise in special educational needs
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs, showcasing your ability to adapt and innovate
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, enabling you to drive results and improve student outcomes
In return for your passion and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
