The Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking an experienced Triage and Support Nurse in Oncology to join its dedicated team. As a skilled clinician, you will be responsible for managing the triage telephone helpline, responding to patient inquiries, and collaborating with the Acute Oncology Team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert clinical support to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer treatment and radiotherapy. With a strong background in oncology and haematology, you will have excellent communication skills, exceptional empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with the on-call team, assessment unit staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey. A competitive salary of around £28,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) reflects the importance of this role in supporting our cancer patients.
