Triage and Assessment Team Lead

We have an exciting career opportunity for a skilled Oncology Triage Nurse to join our team at Singleton Hospital. As a Band 6 nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer treatment or radiotherapy.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the triage telephone helpline, responding to patient calls and providing expert advice. You will also work closely with the on-call and other members of the acute oncology team to ensure seamless patient referrals.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,046 - £60,983, depending on experience and qualifications.
