Programme Delivery Specialist

BAM Nuttall is seeking a Programme Delivery Specialist to play a crucial role in the success of multiple projects in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in programme management and planning.
The role involves developing and maintaining programmes in P6 and MSP from first principles, incorporating resource and cost loading, and integrating sub-contractor and supplier programmes with our own.

Your Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining programmes in P6 and MSP from first principles, incorporating resource and cost loading.
- Integrating sub-contractor and supplier programmes with our own.
- Assimilating and interpreting information from tender and project documentation.
- Understanding civil construction techniques and developing them into working programmes.
- Coordinating with estimators and commercial teams on all programme aspects.
- Compiling concise narratives, phasing, reports, and supporting documents for quality submissions.
- Taking ownership of the programme to drive project delivery.
- At least 5 years' experience in Civil Engineering contracting, preferably under the NEC form of contract.
- Strong ability to communicate and manage workload with senior planning engineers and planning managers.
- Civil Engineering/Construction qualification to HND level or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
- Competence in various planning software is desirable.
- £70,000 - £90,000 per annum salary.
