We are searching for a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to oversee our client's onsite environment, health and safety standards, and procedures. This role involves implementing and monitoring SHE policies, ensuring active participation of staff in the safety participation programme, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating contractor and staff inductions.

The successful candidate will participate in quality and productivity improvements by developing new procedures and processes, investigate incidents and near misses, and formulate corrective and preventative measures. They will also collaborate with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors on safety, health, environmental, and quality matters.

This position requires previous experience in a similar Health & Safety Manager/Specialist role, preferably in a manufacturing background. A NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent is essential, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

The compensation package includes a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a company bonus program.
