Acorn by Synergie Careers is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturing company in Cheshire. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting and driving SHE compliance and a world-class SHE culture.

Job Description

This is a senior-level role that involves implementing and monitoring onsite SHE policies, ensuring active participation of all staff in safety programs, and conducting risk assessments and PHAs. You will also coordinate and manage contractors and staff inductions, participate in quality and productivity improvements, and conduct internal audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager with previous experience working in a similar role. Ideally, you will have come from a manufacturing background and have a strong understanding of SHE standards and procedures.
