Sales and Merchandising Coordinator

We are seeking a Product Knowledge Expert to join our team as a Retail Sales Manager at Sherwin-Williams UK. This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum and an uncapped sales bonus scheme (10% on target).
About the Position:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or merchandising, as well as experience coaching and mentoring others. As a Product Knowledge Expert, you will be responsible for conducting product knowledge training sessions for B&Q Store teams, including features, benefits, selling skills, and demos.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships with store associates, management, and customer contacts.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for B&Q Store teams, including features, benefits, selling skills, and demos.
- Promote the brand and product strengths to store teams and consumers.
- Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, color chip, and color card stock.
- Use the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.
- Organize events to promote products and increase sales.
- Ensure successful in-store activations and business activities.
