Job Description: We are seeking experienced SEN teaching assistants to work with primary and secondary schools in East London. As an SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs and helping them access their education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with pupils with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
* A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their academic goals
