Job Description

This role involves teaching pupils 1:1 or in small groups, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. You will work closely with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure pupils' progress and development. As a Special Needs Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans to address the unique needs of each student.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience Working with SEMH Pupils or Those with Challenging Behaviour
  • A Resilient, Proactive, and Patient Approach to Teaching
