Job Overview: East London Classroom Teachers Ltd is delighted to be working with various primary and secondary schools in East London to find suitable SEN teaching assistants. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs.

About the Job:
This is a temporary and ongoing role, available on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will have experience working with pupils with special educational needs and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
* Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff
* Assist with lesson preparation, delivery, and assessment
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and attendance

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working with pupils with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
* A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their academic goals
