Strategic Partnership Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Corporate Executive. As a key member of our business development function, you will be responsible for building and managing a fast-paced new business pipeline for opportunities within a £25-£150k threshold.
You will prospect, engage, pitch, and win new business opportunities with high-value corporates at a partnership value between £25-£150k. Additionally, you will manage, steward, and relationship-build with our current partners to ensure partnership uplift.
In this role, you will work closely with project teams to collate accurate reporting and impact data for the partnership accounts you manage, and look for impact opportunities for your pipeline prospects. You will also collaborate with teams across Carers Trust to build pitch decks, proposal toolkits, and engagement tools for the corporate team to deliver to partners and prospects.
We are seeking a candidate with a good track record of securing new business opportunities in a charity or sales role. The ideal candidate will have experience in account managing relationships, strong interpersonal and pitch-building skills, capacity to take initiative, and financial literacy sufficient to present project budgets and corporate partnership costings.
Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
