Counter Manager for Prestige Beauty

We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead and develop our team of Sales Advisors and achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be a key leader in our retail team and to develop your skills in business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front-line marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and build a loyal customer base.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and operational data.
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of the Estee Lauder brand.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
