Job Title: Counter Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
* Set sales and customer service targets, analyze sales data, and schedule staff
* Manage retail operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
* Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

* Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
* Experience of creating and executing in-store events
