About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Social Care team in Essex. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with vulnerable adults to assess and address their physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for vulnerable adults
  • Work with clients, families, and other professionals to promote independence and well-being
  • Provide advice and guidance on occupational therapy practices and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
