About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with diverse needs and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their occupational needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working in a community setting, preferably with a focus on complex care.
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
