Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager

Insights Learning & Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our UK & Ireland Key Accounts Team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Engage with senior business decision makers and demonstrate how Insights can help them with their key business challenges.
  • Partner and coach other members of the sales teams to bid and win deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals.
  • Plan and prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins, and managing productivity output.

Requirements:

  • Experience of solution selling within the UK government/public sector/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Motivated by achieving stretch goals with a natural drive for results.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management.
  • Strong capability and experience in social selling with experience in LinkedIn sales Navigator.
  • Nurturing yourself and your team with an inclination to support and coach newer sales people.
  • Resilient with a commitment to overcome barriers and challenges to achieve your goals.
  • Commitment to become a strong advocate for the value that Insights can bring to our customers.
