Senior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our UK & Ireland Key Accounts Team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts through building customer relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts.
- Nurture clients to enable long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Engage with senior business decision makers and demonstrate how Insights can help them with their key business challenges.
- Partner and coach other members of the sales teams to bid and win deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams globally with a knowledge of overall business strategy and goals.
- Plan and prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed business goals, maintaining contribution levels, margins, and managing productivity output.
- Demonstrate value to your clients through a thorough knowledge of Insights methodology, resources, solutions, and services.
- Experience of solution selling within the UK government/public sector/pharmaceutical industry.
- Motivated by achieving stretch goals, with a natural drive for results.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Strong capability and experience in social selling with experience in LinkedIn sales Navigator.
- Nurturing yourself and your team, with an inclination to support and coach newer sales people.
- Resilient, with a commitment to overcome barriers and challenges to achieve your goals.
