Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Hyde & Rowe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and branch structure, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reception and Switchboard Duties: Answering telephones, responding to queries, and providing excellent customer service.
  2. Facilities Management: Setting up utilities, attending to bills, and liaising with tenants and landlords.
  3. Property Management: Booking maintenance jobs with contractors, fully supporting the property management team, and arranging tenancy agreements.
  4. Administrative Support: Dealing with Lettings Administration, compliance for properties, and Serviced Apartment administration.
  5. Team Support: Attending property inspections, supporting the sales and letting team with property particulars, and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule.
