About The Role

As a Van Controller within GSF Car Parts, you will play a pivotal part in upholding our sales commitment by coordinating delivery runs and ensuring delivery drivers consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the driver team to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Coordinating delivery runs and orders in the most cost-effective manner
  • Ensuring timely delivery of vans
  • Controlling and coordinating branch fleet maintenance and servicing
  • Ensuring the delivery team meets customer service standards

Working Hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working

About You

As a Van Controller, you will possess a strong track record of managing a driver team and coordinating delivery runs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in motivating diverse teams
  • Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to train and develop others
  • Must hold a driving license for at least 3 years
  • Geographical knowledge of the area within a 1-mile radius
