Job Overview

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5T Driver to join our team in Croydon (CR0 4YA). As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering products to customer premises on a multidrop basis.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £36,000 - £42,000, depending on experience. This includes an hourly rate, overtime pay, and bonuses. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as holiday pay, Workplace pension, and a 24/7 online GP service.

Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a two-man team delivering products to customer premises
- Maintain accurate driving/working time records using the Tachomaster system
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
- Ensure all products are checked off the vehicle and customers receive correct products and delivery documentation
- Keep customers informed of their estimated time of delivery and communicate with them in a polite and courteous manner

Requirements
- Previous experience in multidrop, store deliveries preferable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence with category C1 entitlement
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
- Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Check)
