We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for children with additional needs. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide support and guidance to children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.

As a Psychology student or graduate, you will bring a unique understanding of the needs of children and be able to provide tailored support to help them thrive. Our team works with schools in and around Bristol to provide support staff for children, and we currently have roles available in general classroom Teaching Assistant and 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 SEND support assistant positions.

We offer a competitive rate of pay through PAYE, guaranteed work agreements that guarantee consistent work and income, and FREE continued professional development training (CPD) including Team Teach. Our team is dedicated to providing ongoing honest, friendly, and professional support to our staff, and we also offer a £50 Bonus 'refer a teacher/TA' payment scheme.
