Job Title: Support Specialist for Children with Diverse Needs
We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality support to children with diverse needs.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children. You will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and physical disabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one support to students with diverse needs
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
- Assisting students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
- Supporting students in their academic and social development
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children with diverse needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality support to students
