Support Worker for Children

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to work with us as Teaching Assistants in various schools across Bristol.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide support to children, promoting their learning and development in a positive and constructive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the class teacher to support children with their learning
- Manage the behaviour of pupils while they undertake their work, ensuring a positive and constructive environment
- De-escalate situations within the classroom, following the school's safeguarding procedures
- Carry out small group work and support children with additional needs
- Report any safeguarding concerns using the school's referral procedures and safeguarding policies
