This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Civils team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering administrative support, possessing strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional administrative support to site teams, including record-keeping, data management, and document preparation.
  2. Ensure seamless communication between office and site staff, resolving queries and issues promptly.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to drive business success, contributing to a positive team culture.
  4. Maintain accurate records, preparing site documentation and supporting project delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Relevant experience in administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  2. Strong communication and IT skills, including MS Office proficiency.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
  4. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
