Business Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our business.
The Role:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative duties, managing email and telephone enquiries, scheduling diaries and appointments, managing contracts and coordinating contractors, and providing support to our maintenance teams. If you have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
About You:
We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is proficient in Office (Outlook / Word / Excel). As a key point of contact for our clients and internal teams, you will need to be able to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and organised individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.
Salary and Benefits
