About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client, a well-established law firm in East Anglia. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's HR function, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective support to the firm's employees and management team.
  • HR Initiatives and Projects: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, aligning with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Recruitment Processes: Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews, ensuring timely and quality hiring decisions.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualification: A CIPD qualification is highly desirable for this role, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in human resources.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR position, preferably within the legal sector, showcasing skills and competencies in HR generalist roles.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to all office locations as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your work arrangements.
