Telecoms Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure that all switchboard duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records for company systems, including sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training, and staff performance monitoring.
- Liaise with operative staff under your control through regular discussions and team meetings.
- Provide effective supervision, training, motivation, discipline, safety, and general welfare of staff under your control.
- Organize and allocate staff under your control to carry out service delivery in line with work schedules, quality standards, and specifications.
- Input and dispatch helpdesk requests in accordance with quality and time specifications.
- Order, control, monitor, and issue relevant uniform, equipment, materials, and other goods required by staff under your control to carry out their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Previous Helpdesk, Switchboard, and/or Reception experience is essential.
- Previous Supervisory experience is not required.
