### Job Title: Telecoms Supervisor

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a Telecoms Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure that all switchboard duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities

* Complete accurate records for company systems, including sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training, and staff performance monitoring
* Liaise with operative staff under your control through discussions and regular team meetings
* Provide effective supervision, training, motivation, discipline, safety, and general welfare of staff under your control
* Organize and allocate staff under your control to carry out service delivery in line with work schedules, quality standards, and specifications
* Input and dispatch helpdesk requests in line with quality and time specifications
* Order, control, monitor, and issue relevant uniform, equipment, materials, and other goods required by staff under your control to carry out their duties effectively

### Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

* Previous Helpdesk, Switchboard, and/or Reception experience is essential
* Previous supervisory experience is not required
