We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecoms Supervisor to join our team at ISS. As a Telecoms Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure that all switchboard duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate records for company systems, including sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training, and staff performance monitoring.
  • Liaise with operative staff under your control through discussions and regular team meetings.
  • Effectively supervise, train, motivate, discipline, ensure safety, and promote the general welfare of staff under your control.
  • Organize and allocate staff under your control to carry out service delivery in line with work schedules, quality standards, and specifications, including updating directories and records.
  • Input and dispatch helpdesk requests in line with quality and time specifications.
  • Order, control, monitor, and issue relevant uniform, equipment, materials, and other goods required by staff under your control to carry out their duties effectively.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Previous Helpdesk, Switchboard, and/or Reception experience is essential.
  • Previous Supervisory experience is not required.
