Job Summary:
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at our neurological care centre. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, while also driving quality improvement initiatives across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures to protect vulnerable patients.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Heads of Department to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Lead and facilitate training and education programs for staff on safeguarding and quality improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and healthcare partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in safeguarding and quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical background and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
