Salary: $37,500 - $42,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
As an Inclusion Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in reconnection efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement personalized support plans for clients, aimed at achieving long-term housing outcomes. You will work closely with outreach workers, housing officers, and other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Previous experience in support work, particularly with vulnerable populations, is highly desirable. An understanding of relevant legislation and policies governing homelessness is also essential.
