Your leadership skills and ability to support our staff team will be crucial in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that encourages our residents to thrive. You will be responsible for taking the lead on shift, working closely with the manager and staff team to ensure that the values of the organization are upheld.
You will also be involved in supervising staff and ensuring that all identified tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, you will contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and person-centred care, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met at all times.
