The Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Arts Team Lead to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Lead Art Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Integrated Therapy professionals, providing clinical expertise, assessments, and guidance on therapeutic practices to enhance the emotional and mental well-being of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly lead and support a team of Integrated Therapy professionals
  • Provide clinical expertise, assessments, and guidance on therapeutic practices
  • Conduct specialised psychological assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions
  • Provide dedicated training and mentoring sessions for team members

You will work closely with pupils in 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and classroom work, fostering a supportive team culture. The ideal candidate will have a recognised post-graduate qualification in Art/Music/Drama Therapy along with HCPC Registration.

Requirements:
  • A recognised post-graduate qualification in Art/Music/Drama Therapy along with HCPC Registration
  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience as an Art, Music, or Drama Therapist
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team
  • Desire and confidence to run supervisions and offer training and support to other therapy professionals
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is between £50,400 and £57,750 per annum, however this position is term-time only, working 32 hours per week, 42 weeks per year. You will receive 28 days annual leave, including public holidays, and an extra day off on your birthday after being with us for a year. Our pension scheme is based on you paying in 5%, and us adding 3%. We also offer comprehensive learning opportunities, access to brilliant discounts, wellbeing support, and a cycle to work scheme.
