Job Overview
Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Arts Therapist to fill the position of Clinical Lead. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a group of Integrated Therapy professionals in enhancing the emotional and mental well-being of our pupils.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised post-graduate qualification in Art/Music/Drama Therapy along with HCPC Registration. A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience as an Art, Music, or Drama Therapist, with experience in supervising or managing a team, is required. Additionally, good IT skills and a full driving licence are necessary for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated at £53,575 per annum, based on a 32-hour workweek and 42 weeks of employment per year. This figure takes into account the full-time equivalent salary range of £50,400 to £57,750. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 28 days of annual leave, including public holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, and access to discounts through the Blue Light Card and employee benefits platform.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our pupils by providing tailored therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and delivering training sessions. You will also collaborate with other Clinical Lead professionals, Creative Arts Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech and Language Therapists to foster a supportive team culture.
