Children's Services Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Children's Support Worker or senior post holder to join our team as a Deputy Manager in a residential child care setting. The successful candidate will have a passion for empowering young people and a commitment to providing a stable, structured, and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the manager and team in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including managing staff teams and budgets.
- To promote the independence and well-being of the children and young people in our care.
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the individual's care plan, guidelines, reward system, and preferred method of communication.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Children's Support Worker or senior post holder in a similar social care setting or with young people.
- Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Children Homes Regulations and Safeguarding Knowledge.
