Bank Practice Nurse Position

Operose Health is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to join our Bank division, supporting colleagues and practices across London with continuity of care for patients during periods of absence and annual leave.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.
