Job Title: Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the registered manager in maintaining compliance with CQC outcomes and ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
  • Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
  • Good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.
