Job Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Thornton Road Surgery. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained.
  • Working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, as well as a good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.

Package Description

We offer a competitive salary depending on qualifications and experience, as well as 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. You will also receive 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, access to our bespoke learning management system, and annual formative clinical assessment to support competency development.
