Practice Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care services.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the registered manager in maintaining compliance with CQC outcomes and ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
We are looking for a UK-registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, particularly in cervical cytology and baby immunisations. A good knowledge of quality outcomes framework is also essential.

Package Description- Salary depending on qualifications and experience.
