Practice Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality primary care.
Main Responsibilities
As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. You will also work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
Key duties will include:
• Providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience. You should have experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, as well as a good knowledge of quality outcomes framework.
