Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Rough Sleeper Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Waythrough. In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals with problematic substance issues and homelessness.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to ending the homelessness cycle. Key responsibilities include engaging with marginalized community members, building recovery capital, and connecting clients with essential support services across the city.

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects the importance of this role. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
