Housing Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Changing Lives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs.
As a Housing Support Specialist, you will be working with residents at our Dispersed project, providing personalized support to help them overcome their challenges and develop essential life skills. Your passion for empowering others and your ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team will be invaluable assets in this role.
Your primary focus will be on supporting residents to achieve independent living, which includes enabling access to local services and amenities. You will work closely with residents to identify their unique needs and create tailored plans to address these.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
